What we do
We sail in coastal waters, enjoying the breath-taking sense of freedom but always staying safe. So put yourself in expert local hands, relax and enjoy an amazing experience on board one of our yachts. Officially designated a ‘family-friendly’ business (which is unusual among sailing operators), making Navegavela a great choice for families with children. We’ll make sure they have a fun time.
Navegavela makes everything easy: we’ll help you get help get the sailing qualifications you need, from the basic sailing licence (Licencia de Navigación) which doesn’t involve an exam, to the most popular recreational boat skipper’s licence (PER-Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo), as well as Yacht Master’s and Yacht Captain’s licences (Patrón/Capitán de Yate). While the courses require the students to be on board a boat, some of the content can be delivered express or via video conference.
We keep yachts in San Sebastian and Hondarribia of varying sizes and specifications to cater for everyone, from first-time sailors to regatta participants.
If fishing’s your thing, we’ll take you out with the professionals on a fishing boat or one of our yachts.
